Every so often, I shoot some artsy --- fartsy stuff. This and a couple that follow were shot at Hollywood Cemetery in Richmond. She 's probably one of the most photographed angels in the cemetery. When I saw the strong verticals in the monuments behind her and the texture in the stone, I decided on a less traditional treatment of the subject.  This was shot on Tri-X rated at 320. Nikkormat Ftn, Nikkor 35-80, #25 red filter with a polarizer stacked on top of it.  Shooting  angels is an ongoing project.
